*** Streamin’ Steve’s 24th Live Streaming Show ***

Live Music Fans,

Last Friday Night, we had a wonderful celebration of our making live music happen on 1000 consecutive Friday Nights.  The night started off on a perfect note with Wally Bacon telling some great stories on the history of the shop and the music stores he had in town before Steve’s Guitars happened.  He was followed by the Wolf Tones (Wes and Jay Engstrom) who created some creative, very cool original tunes on guitars, drums, bass keys and ethereal vocals.

They had a few dozen hard core fans listening outside on 4th Street.  And I hear they had some friends in Rhode Island who hosted a Streamin’ Steve’s party to watch the brothers.  Very cool, eh?  It’s what I used to dream about happening.  We are averaging hundreds of views for each show we have streamed and it’s likely that even hundreds more got to enjoy the live music streaming out of the old room.  Great to have happening in these Covid days.

The third act was a duo who have been playing sweet live music in the room since the start.  Craig and Lorraine Curry played some cool covers from last century and charmed the room; especially Lorraines mom.  The lady that gave her that million dollar smile that lights up a room.  We ended the celebration with Valle Musico and their instrumental original tunes sounded fantastic.  I started all this crazy experiment because I fell in love with guitar music and these guys are great players.  Loved it!

Hope you got to enjoy some of the live music last week.  We look forward to having you in a live audience again one of these night.  Until then, enjoy the live streams and support live music when and wherever you can.

“The Queen Bees are a collaboration of local valley, favorite female artists; Joey Ball of New Mamm Creek, Portia Rogers of Stone Kitchen and Red Dirt River Band, and Aundrea Ware of Feeding Giants and The Mixx.”

Ranen Ware will open the night for the Queen Bees.  “Mellow acoustic sounds with smooth vocals. Overall super down to earth happy man with a guitar.”
